We work with 30+ non profit organizations and groups to donate as many items as possible for our clients, and any non donatable items are dispersed for recycling, metal scrapping or repurposing whenever possible.
All donation tax receipts are then given to the client post clear out.
YES! We will also set aside any family photos, vital documents, personal letters, money, keys, etc. we discover while clearing the home.
No, we do NOT do estate sales or sell things for our clients. We focus on minimizing landfill through donation, reuse/repurposing, and recycling. We are happy to offer referrals and suggestions to our clients should they be interested in selling items themselves.
