Whether you have a few leftover items from a move, or a house full of things to remove, we can help!

Clearing the House:

Our team will remove all donatable items, reusable materials, items to be recycled, scrapped, or disposed of, with the exception of *chemicals. Some house clearouts can be done within a few hours, while others may take several days, depending on the state and size of the home.

Dispersing the contents

Once the home is empty, our team goes to work dispersing any donatable items to nonprofit partners and organizations with www.donategoodsttuff.org . Items requiring special disposal (mattresses, TVs, etc.) will be recycled, metal scrapped, and reusable materials (wood, buckets, hoses, boxes, etc.) will be shared with local farms/sanctuaries and reuse commerce.

All that Stuff!

You get the receipts! Within 60 days, we send our clients the collected tax receipts for their donatable items.  

FAQ

YES! We will also set aside any family photos, vital documents, personal letters, money, keys, etc. we discover while clearing the home.

No, we do NOT do estate sales or sell things for our clients. We focus on minimizing landfill through donation, reuse/repurposing, and recycling. We are happy to offer referrals and suggestions to our clients should they be interested in selling items themselves.
